WHAT & WHEN IS THIS EVENT?
Name: Flag on Wheels
Date: 27.01.09 at 6pm CET.
Where: Channel number 2.
What: All Kart and Crazy players are invited to represent their country in a tournament to find out which country has the craziest biker gang among the Kart n’ Crazy community.
All dirty tricks are allowed; push your opponents aside or shoot missiles at them!
Will you dare to defy the craziest drivers from the other countries?
RULES
In round 1, the GM in charge will create 4 rooms (1 per language) of 7 players each at 18:00 and the 2 bests players will go forward to represent their country.
In round 2, another four qualification room will be created at 18:20. Here again the 2 best players of the second room will be selected to be part of their country team.
Once the teams set up, the tournament between the craziest drivers of each country will begin in round 3.
The GM will create the rooms and an observer will manage it.
All country teams will play against each other on 3 different races.
1 point will be awarded to the winning team of each race. Once all 3 races are finished, the team with the least amount of points will be eliminated.
In round 4, the 3 Teams remaining will play again on 3 more races as described above to determine who will be in the Final.
Finally, round 5: Here comes the Final room, which will be played over 5 races.
The participants for this event will be chosen through a random draw: 14 players per country/language will be chosen to compete. We will group all participants according to their language. Players will be given the number of the room and the password to enter the room per PM the day before the event.

Semi-Final: Volcano 1, 2 and 3
Final: Desert 4 and Volcano 4

27.01.2009 6 PM CET: [Room 1-1_1-4]. GOA.COM will create 4 rooms, with a password. Players will join the rooms and accept the rules.
27.01.2009 18:20 PM CET: [Room 2-1_2-4]. GOA.COM will create 4 rooms, with a password. Players will join the rooms and accept the rules.
27.01.2009 18:40 PM CET: GOA.COM will create 2 rooms where the country competition will start.
REWARDS
Players who haven’t been qualified to play in a team will get 500 nitros and 300 xp.
Each player from the first team who will be eliminated will get 1000 nitros and 500 xp.
Players of the third team will win a Biker costume for 1 month plus 1500 nitros and 750 xp.
All members of the second team will have the motor bike Crazy rider and a biker costume for 2 month, 2000 nitros and 1000 xp.
The winners of the event will have a complete biker oufit with the motorbike Crazy rider for 3 month, plus 2500 nitros and 1200 xp.
In addition, all players who have been selected as a team member will also receive a flag (for 3 month) representing the community they were driving for during the event.
HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THIS?
To participate, you must reply this thread. Then if you are lucky you will get a private message with the password.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
The qualification will be played in single item mode with 7 players + 1GM.
All other games will be played in Team item mode with 8 players and 1 Observer.
Only the Observer will be able to start the race, if anyone else tries to do so, it might leads to the disqualification of the whole team.
GENERAL EVENT RULES
1. GOA will open the Event Rooms at 6pm. The Event starts at 6:10pm. Every Player who is not in the room by 6:10pm will be disqualified.
2. If a Player will go AFK for any reason during the Event or while waiting for the Event to start, he has to inform his GM. If he doesn’t and the Event starts without him, the player has to face the consequences.
3. Any Player who tries to cheat during an Event will be disqualified and banned from all future Events.
4. The decisions of the GM in charge are final. No discussion about GM decisions during the Event is permitted. If a player has problems with a decision of the GM he can send the GM a PM after the Event.
5. For players who can’t participate, they must send a PM to their GM in charge before the event starts. If they send someone else to replace them without telling the GM they will be disqualified for future events.
6. Each player can subscribe in only ONE forum of a language he knows. If someone subscribe in two different forums, we will be removed from the list of participant of the event.
