can some1 plz explane to me how the spirit system works i stil dont get it how to summon a spirit in a dungeon plz :lost:

1. Kill a warrior
2. Click the black hexagon and you'll be taken to the sanctuary to choose the spirit of the warrior you killed earlier. You can equip a max of 4 spirit, each class does something different
3.Start mission
4. Use spirit
5. ???
6. Profit!

So those it matter if you make a high lvl or low lvled char spirit? Or what?
Is it better to make a high lvl or dosent it matter at all?
