While you are renaming the servers you should change the functions too, Trade on should be for trading only, Trade off should be for Vs and Tourney only.

No Trade on should be for psq(chat room) only.
Trade off should be Vs Tourney and pang battle only.
For gods sake it's hard enough to get a 30 player tourney full as it is, seperate tourney from afk people in psq's.
Personally if this doesnt make it into the update then ur tech guys are [***] and you CM's have zero say in whats goes on, you are pretty much puppets, so how about a quit rate reduction event.... go ask the higher up people at Ntreev if you can do this 1st as we all know they are running the show not goa.
Edit: watch me get banned for this post, yet they still have [***] in the top 100 of ice cannon!
I think bud has some points in his post. not his language though.
But we maybe not me. Has been playing this game since day one. the yank korean server and so on. and the way they have set up there server rooms. are the way you nead to take a look into. And go from there.
anyway that was way out of topic. Like the update though. Not that i nead more clothes for my characters. but i'am sure many will like this update.

arent japan costumes exclusive japan only?even korea doesnt have them and they own the game.and most of the people in pangya usa didnt like to release those psp costumes andi dont know why.there cute.but for me they should make an english versions of the psp game before they release those costumes

yes they are japan only and when im right the psp version will be released in us in ~1 month
and in kr everyone got the psp costumes for free when he buyed the psp version:oops2:

Generally, people at pangya usa don't like those psp costumes as
1. they're very expensive compared to other cookie(astro?) clothes.
2. The transparency of some costumes are bugged too and not likely to be fixed.
3. Kr-Jp players got them for free by inserting a code that they got by buying the psp version.

Oh well they didnt listen, Trade on Still has tourney and vs function enabled which means trade off is a waste of space.
The English server is now the England server with London and Big Ben, how offensive is that to most the english speaking world. I ain't no Englander! :angry: Whats even more ironic is that fact that most people from England don't even play here...
I wonder just how much thought went into this, I'm guessing someone from the English speaking community didn't get to name the server they would be playing on too? :)

I very much doubt any of the names from the English community got picked for a server name, remember as we are probably now the smallest community of the 4 here we dont matter.
Ive made many suggestions which would improve things, Ie: Change the tabs on the main page or add 1 that says HELPDESK (because the system they have now is [***] again the servers shouldnt be how they are now, Trade off is rarely used for anything so why have it, Trade on should be TRADE ONLY, Trade off should be VS AND TOURNEY ONLY... hopefully now it's in caps the [***] GM's here will notice it.
Seriously get Acrylic back or even Tecumseh, [***].

The reason that these names were chosen was because of the European theme. This is what GOA is!
So someone from the English Community didn't get to pick the name of the server. What about the Spanish players who aren't from Madrid and German players who aren't from Berlin, they are not flaming the forums asking for renames. We may be the minority but we need to stop acting like the minority!
The server setup that Bud described isn't possible. Technically, the game interface was not designed to be separated between the 2 activities, games and trades so that cannot be changed. Also having trade only servers increases the population of the VS/ Tourney servers to the maximum and in addition this would make trade only redundant.

Well i know that to be wrong for a fact, Albatross18 had a setup as follows, Papel server(Vs & Tourney only), Dolfini server(PSQ(and maybe vs)), but you need to seperate tourneys and trading it's near on impossible to actually get a 30 person tourney now, and i still dont agree with splitting the servers up into 4 main languages, why dont you change the 2nd French server into a general server i bet everyone would use it... making all the others pretty much redundant.
This is not wrong. I have looked into it for you and this is what our Devs have advised.
I agree that a general server would be nice and would encourage interaction between languages.
If the Spanish players want to complain about what they're server name is called then thats Moonhide's business, not yours or mine! Who's to say most of them arn't thinking it.
It's good you tried to talk to the players and give them a shot at naming the servers etc etc But the whole server thing is just one nightmare as Bud pointed out.
You say Goa is Europe and we are not a minority but Goa has done a fantastic job of boxing us all into our individual communities. :cry4:

I really dont see how having Vs and Tourney only would make the Trade on server redundant, if you want to trade where do you go? To the Vs & Tourney only server??? No you'd go to the Trade only server, it wouldnt be redundant at all you would probably just need to lower the capacity on that and raise the capacity on the vs and tourney server... and HotT is right you have boxed us all into little groups, this is why so many people have stopped playing here now.
GOA has provided servers where players can speak their prefered language and know that others will speak it there too. This is an industry standard for providers who support multiple languages. I agree with bud that a general server is a good idea.

Also the main page ive mentioned this a few times since ive been playing Goa's games, your support system is way too complicated/hidden etc fair enough keep the FAQ tab but please for gods sake add another 1 called "SUPPORT", you have no idea how much easier it would make things, it would also probably reduce the amount of threads that get posted accusing certain players of certain things.

It can be seperate, it was seperate on albatross18 so nokrim saying it cant be isnt exactly right, maybe it's just hard to implement something like that and goa's devs cant be bothered but i know for a fact it can be done.

The FAQ and Support options could probably be made clearer by seperating them. I still think players will continue to make accusations through the forums but either way if you need support it should be easy to get. Your comments have been noted.

Sorry but some of what i said really did need to be said, no offence to Nokrim or anyone else at GOA but they seem to be slipping, the forums often get ignored for a day or 2 at a time, the moderators are doing a good job but i think they need more.

Gaudi isn't a famous building...Gaudi was an architect.
Famous Gaudi buildings: La Pedrera, La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló and Park Güell (not a building...but still "very Gaudi"). All in Barcelona.

This building has a historical "burden".
Might as well name a French server Verdun or Oradour, an English server Culloden and a Spanish server Guernica.

The server/room renaming makes little sense...sloppy, pointless and nationalistic. It's so very wrong to emphasize nationalism and languages. The nicest thing about internet gaming is "meeting" people from all over the world. No matter where they come from...no matter what their native language is.
As it is now, many will think: "I won't fit in" or worse...: "I'm not welcome here".
Give the servers/rooms game related names...anything else sucks.

Fair play, i did think i might of got it slightly wrong, just couldnt remember for the life of me, but all in all i think it should be the way i suggested.
