illusionist weaken skill

Is illusionist weaken skill supposed to reduce resistances on mobs for only 2 sec?
I don't know if it's a bug or not, the skill description doesn't say, but it's pretty useless now..

yup for only 2 sec :)

2 seconds, to me it sounds like a bug. By the time the 2 seconds are over you would have only hit the mob once.
