Faile to connect!

Hi and sorry for making another thread but all other had no answers or were just old.

Im new to the game got it a few min ago. When i try to log in it says "Connecting" and after a few sec "Failed to connect". Any solutions to this problem?

It is now oct 4 and it looks like thare is still a prob with the game :skull:
I did all the stuff ( reinstall & update ) still no go ..
