Mini Turbo...?

Can anyone please explain me what this mini turbo is....due to this thing...i can not as everybody is faster than me :angry:....there is a tutorial but I relly can not understand it.....can anyone help me....i amnoob in this game so please explain in detail :happy:

when u drive a turn u have to press shift for sliding. when blue flames appear at ur wheels u have to let go shift and forward then press forward again immediately (not shift!!) . then u have the mini boost...

You can do some practice mode...look the tutorial in the game :joy:
