Hey everyone. My question is mostly for the Goa.com Staff/Admin or other people in charge.
I bought i few items in-game via real money for Kart 'n Crazy.. I've bought about 12 things untill i see a little icon in the top of every item. It saids 4 days left. Some of them 3 days left. This doesn't mean that the items you payed real money for disappear 7 days after you've bought 'em, does it? 'Cus you have not written anywhere on your website or any other places that the items you can buy will disappear. The only thing you have done is place a little icon in the corner of the item-window pop-up. You do NOT write that this is how long you have it or anything! The only thing it saids is '7 days'. It CAN'T be true that in-game items you've payed alot of real money to aquire disappear after just 7days.
Please answer me.

um..:eyebrows::eyebrows:..... on the game when u buy items it say :eyeballin::eyeballin:.... 7 days/ What ever the price was.. it say that on all the items i think only 3 items on the game are permanent and it is the 1st 3 karts everything else... 7 days and up

I'm guessing you're talking about Kart n' Crazy: you can buy items for 7, 30 or 365, as explicitly written on thebuying ledger.

Yeah, i am talking about K n' Crazy.
I think that it's quite a problem that it doesn't inform any further than '7 days'. In my opinion it cant be right that i used 300 Kr. on some items, that ill lose in 2 days. Then its practically money right out of the window. I cant see why you got it like that - that you lose the items you've payed money for after a few days if you don't know how it works. What do you get out of it? - Out of taking away items that people payed money for? Please reply, Tecumseh. I would like to discuss this problem with you. And get my items back.

Other people do not have a problem with this, In future you should read carefully on what you buy. Thousands of people are logged in to GOA games and spend money. It is the way the system works they provide great gaming for FREE and people who spend money are keeping these sites open. In all my days of gaming you are the only one who didn't read the smallprint and complained. I don,t think GOA will give you a refund but will advise you to look into things when you purchase.

Yeah, i know that. But it's not good enough, also because it does not say anything about that all items are not permanent, or anything like that on the detailed items and characters section. I think that this is a huge problem. -You say that you don't think they will give me a refund. If this really is the case, then Goa is not there for the members, and do not provide super service as they say. Then all this is only, and only, about the money and not about the costumers well. This problem isn't really that big, all i require is some kind of refund. Could be anything really. I would like to discuss this further with people in charge who might see this post.
