I live in the middle east and I was wondering if Kart n' crazy is for North america only or something, or is it for the whole world?

Lol considering this is a European server, why would it be for North America only, i think you are thinking of KartRider, which was the North American server.

"North America or something" That means any other, and to that note, you have not answered my question: Europian or not, is it global?

This is not a global server, players from all over the world may be able to access this server, but goa doesnt guarentee that people outside of europe will be able to play.
