Today, i topped up my phone with £10 looking to purchase some cookies. I used to have no problem when i was on virgin but now i have a new sim card from another network called BLYK, i get messages saying the service is not connected!!!!!
How long will this take i want my cookies!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! !!!

Maybe blyk isnt a supported network?
Try going back to 1 of the main networks or just only use a main network simcard for purchasing cookies.
yes, i could change sim cards... but dont the credit get saved onto the sim card.... (:S)
Well when i try to get them i get a message saying.
"Sorry,the service (80160) is currently not connected to blyk.We are working to get the service connected.Stay Tuned!"
So... when will this be supported... and how can i resolve this problem???????????????????????????????????????
You won't get no answers to your problem on the forums unless its something simple the other players can help you with.
