Name: “ April Fool's” Tournament
Date: 1April - 6pm
Where: Event Channel
What: 14 players + 1 GM
Entry Fee: Phoenix Wings
Mode: Tournament held in Speed Team mode, Item Single mode, Item Team mode.

“ APRIL FOOL'S'S” RULES

The GM in charge will create the room at 6pm CET. The room will be password protected. Each starting room will have 14 players and 1 GM. The GM will start the race at 6.10pm CET.

Round 1: Speed Team mode 3 races will be held. All the players from the winning team will go into the next stage.

Round2: Item Single mode3 races will be held. Every last player goes out. The 4 last players will go into the next stage.

Round 3: Item Team mode 3 races will be held. All the players from the winning team will go into the final.

Final: Speed mode 3 races will be held. Every winner gets +3 points. Players who are better than the best GM in the race will get +2. The players who finished the race and are not better that the GM will get 1 point. The players who don’t finish the race will get -1.

01.04.2009: 6.30pm CET: Round 2. GOA.COM will create 4 rooms, with a password. Players will join the rooms and accept the " April Fool's" rules.

01.04.2009: 6.50pm CET: Round 3. GOA.COM will create 2 rooms, with a password. Players will join the rooms and accept the " April Fool's" rules.

01.04.2009: 7.10pm CET: Final Round. GOA.COM will create a room, with a password. Players will join the rooms and accept the " April Fool's" rules.

Experienced Players

Winner: Any 1st Prize from our last 10 events for 1 year (except the legend one)
Second Place: Any 2nd Prize from our last 10 events for 6 months

Third Place: Any 3rd Prize from our last 10 events for 3 months

All Players: all other players get any flag from our last 10 events for 3 months

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THIS?

To participate, you must go to the forum to subscribe and have the Phoenix Wings. If you are lucky you will get a PM with an invitation to compete in the Event.
You must specify your level. Keep in mind that the “Beginner's event” is for people up to level 15 and the other one is for everyone else.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

All items available in the shop will be allowed and the event will be on the Event Channel. All karts will be allowed in the competition. You must have the Phoenix Wings to compete.
The level that really counts is the level on the day of subscription.

GENERAL EVENT RULES

1. GOA will open the Event Rooms at 6pm. The Event will kick off at 6.10pm. Any player who is not in the room by 6.10pm will be disqualified.
2. If a player goes AFK for any reason during the Event or while waiting for the Event to start, they must inform their GM. If they don't, and the Event starts without them, the player must face the consequences.
3. Any player who tries to cheat during an Event will be disqualified and banned from all future Events.
4. The decisions of the GM in charge are final. Any discussion about GM decisions during the Event is not permitted. If a player wishes to contest a decision made by the GM they can send the GM a PM after the Event.
5. If any player is unable to participate, they must send a PM to their GM in charge before the Event kicks off. If they send someone else to replace them without telling the GM, they will be disqualified from all future events.
6. Each player can subscribe only once. If they subscribe in a forum of a different language than their own they must understand the language. If a participant subscribes on two different forums or with two different accounts, we will be obliged to remove them from the Event.
7. If a player leaves the Event during a race due to technical problems, that particular race will count, but the player will be allowed to rejoin the Event after the end of the race.

I am very sorry but there is no way for you to buy them as it's only available for European countries. But good news , the next event we will organize won't required any teks Items, but nitros items.
