Halloween "Cosplay" Contest

We have a very special Halloween event and we hope that everyone will get involved in this fun and creative event. We want you to design and make a costume for your favourite character. We want to see you wearing it too, so be prepared to send us a picture of you sporting your new self made costume! Here are the rules.

Rules

DESCRIPTION:

Halloween is the general theme of this Cosplay contest. You have to make a real outfit that you can wear. It should be clear which character you want to represent and it should be clear that Halloween is the theme.

19/10/2009 – 16/11/2009

MAKING A SUBMISSION:

1. The general theme of this costume contest will be Halloween.

2. Submissions must be done via the ticket system. To send a ticket: http://static.goa.com/#/pangyahome/?language=de (log in) > Help > See All questions > Ask a Question > Product: Pangya > Category: Screenshot Event > put 'Halloween Event ' in the subject line.

3. Each player can only make one submission. A submission may contain more than one entry but a maximum of two. This means each player can propose a maximum of two designs, within the 7MB attachment limit for tickets. No abusive, obscene or offensive content.

4. Attached images must be in jpg format with a minimum resolution of 640x480 and a maximum resolution of 1280x1024 or the appropriate widescreen format.

5. While we are not looking for artistic perfection in an entry, a minimum effort has to be put into producing an outfit.

6. Very important! We can only accept Outfits that were made for this Contest.

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

1. The contest is only open to European residents.

2. Entrants who are under 18 and have an entry selected for the final round will need their legal tutor's written assent to participate. Failure to provide written proof of said assent will disqualify the entrant.

3. All submissions must be your own work and must not have been published elsewhere previously. This is to ensure that the work is exclusively created for this particular event.

4. You agree that by submitting your entry that GOA has the right to republish it and reuse it however and whenever they choose.

5. Any prize you might win will be sent to the account you used to enter the contest.

6. Last date for entries is 18:00 CET on the 16th of November 2009, entries submitted after this time will not be considered

7. The 10 finalists will be picked by GOA employees on the 16th of November 2009.

8. Finalists will receive a notification of their selection on the 16th of November 2009. Underage finalists will have until the 13.00 CET on the 17th of November 2009 to send us their legal tutor's written assent to participate. Failure to provide written proof of said assent will disqualify the entrant. Further details about this will be given in the notification email.

9. A thread allowing players to vote for their favorite artwork design will be opened in the Special Event forum on 18th of November 2009 at 18:00 CET. This thread will stay open until the 23rd of November 2009 at 13.00 CET. All players will only be allowed to vote once.

10. Winners will be announced shortly after the poll is closed.

11. Winners will receive their prize shortly after the results are announced.

how do we design costume and take pic sporting our design,can't see know self design stuff any where, or am i barking up the wrong tree lol.have to say some nice prizes there-carpmad

edit: just saw the 1st rule, I might have to make the best one ever out of pure spite.
